Stay like a Champion in this centrally-located home. Two short blocks to Howard Park or the Saint Joseph River. A mile from Downtown and an easy 1.5 mile walk to Notre Dame Stadium. Close to the action but located in a residential area that provides options for entertainment and a comfortable place to land at the end of the day.

BONUS opportunity with our rental. We have a House Manager who can run errands for you at a reasonable cost! Food, beverages or other items stocked for your arrival.

This home has everything you will need to relax and enjoy your stay! The spacious kitchen is calling all the cooks out there while the dining room has plenty of seating for everyone! A Keurig coffee maker brews a fantastic cup to get your morning started. Three bedrooms lend themselves to those wanting catch some well deserved sleep. Two full baths and one half bath stocked with towels give you ample opportunities to ensure everyone's comfortability during your stay. The main entry level has two bedrooms, a full bath, half bath, kitchen, living room and a laundry room. The lower level has the third bedroom, a full bath and a rec room. Entertainment abounds with 2 separate gathering areas each adorned with it's own large screen TV and a sectional sofa! These areas provide an excellent space for those wanting to relax and watch some TV, or enjoy a comfortable cozy nook to unwind with a good book, or good conversation. For those wanting some friendly competition, a foosball table awaits competitors!
