There was a puddle of water next to the ac. Seemed like it was leaking. The jacuzzi was ok but the motor was loud and over stimulating. There’s no controls for the ac/heater so what it’s set to is what you get. I got hot in the middle of the night. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Staff was great when I checked in, room was clean. When checking out, I asked about extra charges made on my card, since I paid and booked through a 3rd party. Staff was rude, huffed and puffed about having to take time to check my account. Overall the good experience was overshadowed by the rudeness of this one employee, who clearly was upset about doing her job.

The property is very dark and dated. We found a hair in the bed and hair in the bathroom and shower. We were hot so we set the air conditioner to 65 but it wasn't any better. We expected an HVAC but there was only a windrow unit that didn't reach the bathroom at all.

Dated property, old shower with low water pressure. Very limited options for breakfast. Worst-coffee-ever, weak, watery, flavorless. Extremely low value for the price we paid. Certainly the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Felt more like Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn, brands I avoid like the plague. Owners appear to be extreme penny pinchers!
