The view is AMAZING
First off, this place was beautiful with probably the best snorkeling on the island. But there are some things people need to know before staying here. Read the fine print and find out if they are going to charge any for electricity. If they are allowing 15kw per ac unit per day, that allows you 60kw per day. Realistically, in a weeks time, if you only run the bedroom units at night when youre sleeping and only run the living room ac for an hour or 2 per day when youre hanging out at the vrbo, youll probably spend anywhere from $0 to $50 extra per week. When we were there the timer on the dryer was broken and we didnt realize it. One day it ran about 5 hours while we were out snorkeling and didnt realize it wouldnt turn off. In that 5 hours it used around 20kwhs. So make sure to pay attention to that. Pay attention to the overflow on the septic tank. If it starts to spill over you need to immediately let the property manager know because it could be days before a vacuum truck can get there, and youll be smelling poo until they do. Id venture to guess its like this for most houses on the island, so you might run into that on any vrbo here. The property manager was awesome and the place was gorgeous. Wed definitely stay here again but just wanted to let everybody know of what they need to be aware of when staying here.
