Set on a quiet location in the coastal area of Ayia Thekla, this gorgeous and modern villa offers unobstructed sea views and ultimate comfort. With front patio beautifully set for al-fresco dining, lounge area, built BBQ station with bar and spacious swimming pool area, this villa turns into oasis of relaxation.
As you walk indoors you will find airy and light living area with sea views which sliding doors open to a patio and area around the pool. The living room features a comfortable large 3-seater and a single sofas with a large flat screen TV and satellite box with access to many international channels; a dining table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. Also on ground floor you'll find a guest bathroom.
Upstairs are amazing en-suite master bedroom, another two bedrooms and family bathroom with shower cabin. All bedrooms enjoy sea breeze and unobstructed sea views.
The private outside area offers private gardens, a private swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing, an outdoor sitting area, a traditional BBQ, an outside shower and dining area next to the swimming where you can enjoy your meals.

Gerne wieder!
Die Villa war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat bestens geklappt! Uns hat nur gestört, dass ab dem 3. Tag bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts die Strasse, an welcher das Haus steht, aufgerissen wurde und die Baustelle täglich schon ab 07:00 in Betrieb war. So war es den ganzen Tag sehr laut.
