Reception was great. Very nice decoration in the bedroom. The shower room could be in better condition (floor and wall tiles and the shower). Breakfast was ok. Little variety of fruits and cakes.

The only annoying thing in my experience was not have the freedom to access my own bedroom. They had a roulette monitoring and demanding a password to enter the hallway of the hotel rooms. Inconvenient and unnecessary.

Acústica horrível
Ficamos em um apart-hotel bem amplo e confortável. Limpeza bem feita. O que nos incomodou bastante foi a acústica do prédio muito ruim. O barulho das motos entrava no quarto, sem falar do barulho dos quartos vizinhos. Banho só de 2 minutos, depois desse tempo a água esfria. Inacreditável esse tipo de postura com o hóspede.

Pela segunda vez passei pela mesma situação. Em um dos quartos não funcionava o quente, fazendo 17 graus tive que tomar banho gelado pq estava atrasado para um compromisso. Troquei de quarto e as 5h da manhã, novamente no banho, muito quente ou frio. A água simolesmente não mantem temperatura e com uma pessima pressão. Provavelmente não fico mais nesse hotel.

Atendimento muito cordial, funcionários simpáticos. Hotel muito limpo e organizado. O quarto espaçoso, muito cheiroso e limpo. Tem fogão e utensílios para quem desejar fazer refeição. Perto de shoppings. Café da manhã simples, mas com opções para todos os gostos. Se voltar a Sorocaba, retorno a esse hotel. Bom custo-benefício.

Quarto ruim quanto a localização. Andar térrio de frente com a entrada de todos os outros quartos. Fechadura com problmes fazendo barulho a noite toda. Serviço de valet/estacionamento cobrado (caro) por um serviço que não existe! Pois, mesmo estacionando o carro onde me disseram para estacionar (que não teria problema algum) as 07:00h fui acordado para retirar o meu carro que estava travando outro carro. Um absurdo!!!
