What makes a hotel is the staff. Honestly they are so polite and helpful. Food was really good. They must have na amazing chef as dinner was fantastic. Kids were entertained but pin pong. Thank you tema
Arrived at 6 pm and no reception open. Followed clear instructions in received mail and found my key and room. Nice room with very comfortable bed but stains on the floor by the bed from previous guest. No pool open during summer which was a disappointment but the garden area was really nice to enjoy in the evening. Came on a Monday and both the bar and the restaurant was closed which was a disappointment too. Lots of areas inside to hang out in. Breakfast was good.

Dålig service över lag. Personalen på hotellet är alldeles för ung och oerfaren. Vi tyckte att det var för varmt på rummet och bad om en fläkt men den som hade bästa koll på läget bara avfärdade det. Inte ens säga godmorgon till frukosten eller fråga om hur natten varit, då det var varmt, det fanns inte i deras värld. Ingen fråga om hur vistelsen varit eller om vi tyckte i var nöjda med vårt rum eftertfrågades när vi checkade ut. Jag tycker att det hör till god kutym. Hyfsad frukost med äggröra och bacon, för salta pannkakor som inte gick att äta. Allehanda pålägg men mycket ostruknare, kanske inte alla som vill ha just det till sin frukost. Bastun är uppdelad, damer och herrar, nackdel när man åker som familj.
En del av anläggningen var spöklik då många rum var möblerade men tomma på människor.
Restaurangen har en mycket bra standard, toppklass. Njöt både kväll och morgon.
Vårt rum mycket medioker standard. Att höra andra gäster samtala genom ventilationen är lågvattenmärke.Duschutrymmet? Tja, sett bättre. Korridorsdörren utanför vårt rum ”small” igen högt vid varje passerande, trots löften om att sätta upp lapp att ta hänsyn hände inget.
Vi hade hundrum och betalade extra men är övertygad om att standarden är långt under er normala standard. Så varför betalar vi extra??
Kommer gärna förbi men enbart för att äta i fortsättningen.
Vi trodde detta var ett mysigt hotell av lite lyxigare karaktär. Det var tvärtom. Receptionisten var apatisk, fråga mer än "ska ni in?" kanske är att önska vid incheckning. Gav oss en nyckel och sen var det bra.
Man bor i ett typ gammalt äldreboende bredvid lilla herrgården.
