Walk to Sonoma town center, Whole foods. Newly renovated rooms, good coffee downstairs with the free breakfast. Beautiful area around the pool where I would sit every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

We reserved a king suite and were given a room with two queen beds. I requested an ADA compliant room from the property and had a room with no handrails in the bathroom or shower. There were also rugs on the floor that were a definite tripping hazard. The person at the desk was rude when I called and requested an ADA compliant room. We were locked out of our room the second day, because the person who checked us in had us staying one night while our reservation was for two nights. We were billed for the second night even though I had a receipt showing the two nights were paid in full. The person at the desk said that they are not responsible for reservations or payments that are made through a third party such as Hotels.com and do not necessarily provide the room type made through a third party.
