The large gourmet kitchen has massive quartz countertops, a butcher block island, dual sinks, a high end refrigerator, an oversized gas range, dishwasher, and every imaginable piece of cookware and bakeware. Or grill outside with a view of the mountains on the deck’s private gas grill with outdoor counters.

Work remotely in style on extra-fast WiFi in a private office with glass double door and lounge chair. All bedrooms are upstairs, so you don't have to worry about waking little ones up from naps. The primary bedroom features an opulent California king bed with oak furnishings and large private TV. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy access to an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and soaking tub. Two bedrooms feature desk areas for remote school or planning your adventures. The bedrooms feature complete back-out blinds and curtains so you can sleep in darkness at any hour. The upstairs bonus den with large TV features a sofa that pulls out into an incredibly comfortable bed for extra guests.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
