Nice place except for one exception.
This was the 2nd time I stayed here. Nice hotel and the prices for the most part were comparable to hotels in the area. When I checked in I was only offered a 1st floor room which I try to avoid at all costs for safety reasons. When I asked for something else I was told that all they had to offer me was not the size room or bed that I had ordered or paid for. Hotel staff were always pleasant and helpful especially the housekeeping staff. I come into that area 4-6 times a year but because of the room situation I will consider another hotel the next time around.

The black guy at the front desk with glasses was very helpful. The only problem we had was being first assigned a dirty room, but he gave us a warning and changed it as soon as we confirmed it not ready.

All of the employees are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is old and dated (examples: furniture, incandescent lighting, carpeting; floor tiles in the elevators were chipped & broken). Surprisingly, the room had no closets or luggage rack.
