The lobby was clean and effiecent, so I was surprised when I saw the condition of the bedroom. The bathtub was dirty and mold around handrails. I was unable to take a shower because of the grime. The dresser was not clean When I leave I always check under the bed to make sure I didn’t drop anything and there was clothing under the bed and a Plan B package. I did inform the front desk when I checked out and she apologized.

I’m truly disappointed with my experience. I’ve been staying at this hotel for a few years now and for the first time ever I was checked in into a dirty room.. not only was it dirty but the bed was undone and covered in spiders. I immediately ran out and spoke to the supervisor and I requested for a cancellation. She was extremely nice and handled it well, reservation was canceled and I should be receiving a full refund.. but may I say how disappointed am I! No one deserves to experience this. It was worse than an abandoned motel…. Smh please do better.
