High quality, newly renovated 5 *** holiday home, completed in 2021, with a wonderful view of the mountains and the harbor. Community pool with approx. 10-14 sun loungers (sufficient) available. Beach in about 10 minutes on foot.

From July 1st - 15.09. please note a minimum stay of 5 days, the rest of the time are considered to be a minimum stay of 3 days.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Ideal for 6 people. Possibly an additional 2 people could sleep on the sofa bed in the living area for a surcharge. All rooms fully air-conditioned. WLAN free,

On the ground floor

there is the spacious living-dining area with an open, modern, fully equipped kitchen,

A high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired, a small utility room with its own washing machine, a guest toilet, a bedroom and bathroom, partially covered terraces and the garden with its great outdoor lighting.

Upstairs

there are 2 separate bedrooms with associated bathrooms.

All bedrooms are laid with real oak parquet, all bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating and towel heating and a toilet.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Beach, promenade, shops and the harbor with its restaurants are a 15-minute walk away.

The historic town of Sóller is only about ten minutes away by car and can also be reached by the antique wooden tram that winds its way along the coast through orchards and olive groves. The house is located in the Tramuntana valley in the north-west of the island, which is also known as the "orange valley" because of its lush citrus plantations. The area is an Eldorado for hikers, cyclists and water sports fans. Culture lovers and hobby biologists will also get their money's worth thanks to several art museums and the Botanical Gardens of Sóller. The region's architectural heritage is also rich, manifesting itself in magnificent Romanesque buildings such as the Sant Bartomeu Church in Sóller from 1236.

Especially water sports enthusiasts, sailors and motorboat enthusiasts will find Port de Soller

all possibilities.

The Soller location is also very interesting for boat owners, as the marina with other

Berths was expanded.

Tourist services of any kind are not part of this contract and are also not offered.

However, you should note that a one-time final cleaning fee of EUR 150, as well as a so-called laundry package for EUR 25.00 per person, is paid directly in cash upon arrival. Furthermore, a deposit of 300 EUROS would have to be deposited in cash, which you will get back immediately upon departure if you have to offset the damage not caused by you. The so-called linen package includes: bed linen, 2 towels and a large bath towel as well as a large towel,

1. Due to the hillside location, the "vacation home" and the pool are both in the

1st floor / 1st level in two separate house areas,

Stairwells are accessible. For guests with walking difficulties we would like to

indicate this fact.

2. The private parking lot in front of the house is not locked, so that too

Parking offenders can park there. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this.

However, there are enough parking spaces within 50 meters.

Our holiday home is located above the village of Port de Sóller and enjoys a

gorgeous 180 degree panoramic mountain views overlooking the bay with

Sandy beach (partial view).

Lovely holiday in a great apartment
We have just returned from a lovely week in the apartment. It is beautifully presented and had everything that we needed to enjoy a week in the sun. The apartment has an exceptional covered area which provided shade and allowed us to escape the intense heat and sun. The pool, although a short walk from the apartment provided great entertainment for the younger members of our party. The kitchen has everything that you could need. The bedrooms are very spacious with wonderful bathrooms. Good location with a great view of the port. We walked in to the port every day but sometimes used taxis to return in order to avoid the walk up the hill. We would be very happy to return and would recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Soller Apartment
The apartment is modern and was very clean. We had very good communication with the property manager. The apartment is well equipped with stunning views across the bay. The property is at the top of a hill so it was an easy stroll to get into the port but not such an easy walk back up the hill particularly with a buggy which is worth bearing in mind if you are travelling with children. There is a shared pool which was very nice but note that it is a couple of minutes down the road from the apartment and there is no shallow end (only steps) which means it isn’t that suitable for children. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely furnished but there are a few unfinished snagging items such as hanging wires where light fittings should be. There is also no bbq although there is space for one and there were various notes on the radiators saying they were out of service. Finalising these details would finish off the property and make it feel more luxurious. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning which turned off a few times- we managed to work out how to fix it but it may need checking by an electrician or technician. We stayed for ten days and were only provided with one set of bed linen and one set of towels per person. An additional set of bedding would be very helpful to allow the bedding to be washed by the guests. In addition we were surprised that only two of the four pillows on each bed had pillowcases and instead of sheets on the double beds (which are actually two single mattresses) there was a single duvet cover without the duvet inside. Proper bedding (mattress and pillow protectors and a king sheet and bedspread) would enhance the experience of the property. We were on holiday with our two small daughters one of whom kept hitting her head on the glass coffee table. When we tried to move the table it unfortunately shattered. We were immediately asked to pay €450 as compensation and were sent several messages asking us to make this payment whilst we were still on holiday which tainted the experience for us slightly. All in all we had a lovely holiday and found the apartment to be very pleasant and comfortable but a few minor tweaks would enhance the luxurious feel.

Excellent modern holiday home
Firstly, to the owners you have done an excellent job with the refurbishment as the property is modern and tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. It’s been very well thought out and we loved the house. We were staying for one week with our son who is almost 2. The location is high up in the port so it’s best to have a car as for us on foot with a pram we can’t take the short cut down the stairs to the port. We actually spent a lot of time in the property because we are here for a month and being further out meant we can relax at home for this week as we are more central the rest of the time. The WiFi is not great but that’s typical in the port area. One bedroom has an issue with aircon unit and smells bad but I’m sure this will be easily fixed. The outside terrace has been finished to excellent standard with plenty of places to sit and relax. We are looking to buy here and this would be a perfect turn key property. Our host Ute was very helpful and we had taxi issue which she resolved immediately! Thank you!

Amazing view An amazing property with very friendly and helpful hosts. The pictures don't show you just how special it is, from the excellent showers to the perfect kitchen. But the large outside dining table is just so special. We had a great time highly recommended.

Fantastiskt hus med en magisk utsikt
Mycket fint rymligt hus med fin inredning och alla bekvämligheter du kan önska. Kliv ut på terrassen och få en underbar utsikt över Port de Sóller! Måltider att minnas! Varje sovrum med eget stort fint badrum. Lätt att kommunicera med både värd och kontaktperson på plats. Väldigt behjälpliga. Den gemensamma poolen med solstolar uppfyllde familjens (och barnens) behov efter en dag på stranden. Ett ställe som vi absolut kommer åka tillbaka till.

Amazing house
We were two families traveling with 4 children (9-14 years), who had a magical stay in this amazing house and enjoyed every second there. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, the common pool and not least the view. Wow! The house is newly renovated and feals quite luxurious. We also got a lot of advice and help from the house owners, both before and during the trip. Also from their local contact who served us very well. All that felt very valuable and we felt really taken care of. Port de Soller is a super cozy village that has several good restaurants, and a long sandy beach that never feels crowded. Overall we feal that we can´t recommend this house enough, and would love to come back.

Wunderschöne Residenz mit tollem Ausblick

Wir fanden das Ferienhaus wie beschrieben in einem gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Zustand vor. Die Übernahme zusammen mit der Verwalterin verlief zügig und unproblematisch. Fantastisch!
Voor onze familie trip waren we op zoek naar een vakantie woning in de buurt van Soller. Via de Vrbo-site kwamen we terecht bij deze prachtige vakantiewoning. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en rond geleid. Het huis heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers met airco en ieder een eigen douche en toilet. Op het terras heb je een heel mooi uitzicht over de baai van Port de Soller. Alles is vrij recent gerenoveerd even als het gezamenlijk zwembad. Alles ziet er tip top uit. Ute is zeer behulpzaam. Bij het vroege vertrek naar de luchthaven heeft ze voor ons de taxi geregeld die stipt op tijd was. We hebben super genoten van ons verblijf in Port de Soller.

Tolle, moderne Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Vermieter und Ute als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie standen bei allen Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung - sehr familiär und freundschaftlich. DANKE!!! :) Das Objekt ist in einem top Zustand und sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, die große Terrasse und der Pool sind wunderschön. Der Weg von / zur Bucht ist mit Kinderwagen und/oder Einkäufen etwas beschwerlicher, aber kein Grund, diese Unterkunft nicht erneut zu buchen. Ansonsten gibt es KEINE Kritikpunkte. Wir können die Unterkunft in allen Punkten von Herzen weiterempfehlen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir sind verreist mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder (jeweils 2 Jahre alt).

Sehr schönes Apartment mit tollen Blick über Port de Soller
Wir waren Ende Dezember 2021 in diesem sehr schönem und sehr gut ausgestattetem Apartment. Auch im Winter, Dank einer Invers Klima Anlage, schön warm (nicht selbstverständlich auf Mallorca im Winter). Fußboden Heizung in den Bädern, große Duschen von namhaften deutschen Herstellern machen schon den Besuch im Bad am Morgen zu einem kleinen Fest. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit großen, nutzbaren Schränken ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet. Diverse Smart TVs mit Netflix, Amazon und allen anderen Streaminganbietern vorhanden und auch nutzbar dank schnellem Internet (an kalten Regentagen sehr wichtig). Von der großen Aussenterrasse mit diversen Sitz und Essgelegenheiten gibt es einen tollen Blick ins Tramuntana Gebirge und auf Port de Soller. 4 bequeme Sonnenliegen mit guten Auflagen laden zum Sonnen (auch im Winter sehr angenehm) ein. Zum Hafen/Strand dauert es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, diverse tolle Ausblicke entlang des Weges verkürzen gefühlt den Weg. Gute Kommunikation über den gesamten Zeitraum war gewährleistet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Gorgeous!
We had high expectations based on the description and photos - but they were exceeded by this wonderful place! Brand new, nicely furnished spacious home with all the bells and whistles (I’ve never experienced such great showerheads - 3 of them!) and spectacular views of the port and mountains from the beautiful, large terrace with two different seating areas - and then another terrace from the upstairs bedroom. Although the port is a steep walk down and back up, it’s well worth it and good to burn off the calories from all the delicious dining around. It was my birthday and Uwe, the owner, even emailed me birthday wishes with restaurant suggestions Just know that there is an added fee for bed linens and towels and no beach towels are provided. Still worth every euro!

Skønt sted
Rigtig skønt sted. Vi var på familieferie -og overvejer allerede at tage samme sted hen igen. Det var en god beliggenhed med flot udsigt. Tre terrasser til både sol og skygge -de var perfekte til sol om dagen og brætspil om aftenen. Gode soverum og senge. Stedet var tæt på by og aktiviteter. Det var nyt, lækkert og smagfyldt. Sød værtinde. Vi anbefaler stedet:)
