Nice house in the centre of Sóller for 6 persons with fantastic mountain views.

This beautiful townhouse has two terraces, perfect for you and your guests to enjoy. The lower terrace invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast listening to the sound of the birds and in total tranquility. The terrace at the top of the house is perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the views. Even if you have neighbours nearby and partial privacy, you will have the peace and quiet you deserve.

The interior is distributed over two floors. The first floor has a spacious living room open to the dining room, with Smart TV and AC, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has an induction hob and all the necessary utensils so you can cook like at home and from it you can access the terrace. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. They have direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower and bathtub complete this floor. In any of the rooms we can accommodate a cot and a highchair for a baby and all of them have AC and wardrobe.

Just 500 metres away you will reach the centre of the village, where you can visit the church of Sant Bartomeu, the most emblematic building, which dates back to 1236. There is a wide variety of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, where we recommend you to try their typical dishes. By tram or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller, a beautiful place for a walk or a swim at the beach. Near Sóller there are many routes and excursions, the most famous of which is a trip on the old train to Palma, passing through beautiful landscapes and genuine villages until you reach the capital. The Serra de Tramuntana has incredible coves, especially rocky ones such as Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge and small charming villages such as Fornalutx, Biniaraix or Deià.
