It is surrounded by absolute waterfront. With stunning waterways, tranquil bushland and calm safe swimming beaches all on offer, you'll never want to go leave.

It s close to the popular Nelson Bay, and shares many of the same traits as its neighbours. There is a fine marina, a relaxed lifestyle and calm beach waters. The jetties on either side of the point offer great fishing.
Soldiers Point Marina provides the perfect hub for exploring the magnificent waterways and hinterland of Port Stephens - a region covering nearly 1,000 square kilometres of scenic diversity, mild weather and extensive tourist facilities. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
