Great Stay
A wonderful property. It is as good as it looks in the photos.You can’t beat the view. The neighborhood is walkable, quiet, and met all of our needs. The public access to the beach is somewhat hidden. So, there were days that we had the beach mostly to ourselves. Nick was a very responsive host.

Fabulously renovated & decorated condo overlooking Solana Beach & Pacific ocean! Enjoyed watching surfers, dolphins, and sunsets. The condo is beautifully calming with the sound of the waves. This is an outstanding condo with a spectacular location directly on the cliffs overlooking the beach. It's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely renovated, clean and well outfitted. The host was very attentive and even allowed us to check in early. We look forward to returning.

Amazing stay!
We loved staying at Nick’s place. From the moment you enter the condo we felt we made the right choice. Waking up to the sound of waves, seeing dolphins swim by, and unbeatable sunset views. We were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the neighborhood, the beach, and tennis courts. After days of exploring around it was great to come back and relax in this beautiful space.

I've stayed at this property several times over the past few years. It is my favorite VRBO. The condo is ideally located to the beach, town, train, restaurants, etc. it is beautifully decorated with views to die for. The host is very hospitable. Can't wait to return!

Paradise found
Ocean Trails is a beautiful beach front property located in a gated community in Solana Beach. The beach is at your doorstep and we spent time enjoying and listening to the ocean views over coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, just perfection. Every photo is accurate and you will not be disappointed. The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels, kitchen supplies, boogey boards for the kids and beach chairs. There are tennis courts and a heated swimming pool on the property as well but we did not have a chance to use as we spent all our time at the beach. Finally, the property is a 20 minute drive to San Diego, lots to do and we were so sad to leave. Nick and Amy are awesome hosts, we look forward to staying again soon.

From the moment you open the front door, you are practically on the water!!! The layout is perfect. Whether you are in the kitchen, living room or master bedroom, the crashing waves are a part of the place. Well equipped and the perfect location--what more could we need? NOTHING!
