Avoid if you can.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Hotel is clean but very dated. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls. Stayed 2 nights. Second night didn’t sleep at all because of noisy neighbors. As much as I live the location and the staff I will try to find another hotel for next visit.

Hotel and staff were nice. I did laugh when the boy on reception suggested ironing on my bed instead of finding me an ironing board. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast as it was pretty poor. There are lots of places to find food in the area including a good bakery 2 minutes walk away in the metro station.

Very old property, you can hear everything what happens in other rooms, very noisy during midnight hours, AC hardly blows in the room and it's very hot almost impossible to sleep, I have been in 2 star hotels with better accommodation

The hotel and staff was excellent. The only issue I had, the stall bathroom was too tight, you barely stand to take shower and I was keep hitting my body to the glass wall.

I had a really nice stay at Sveta Sofia. The hotel is an older building, but my room and bathroom were very clean and it was very quiet. The breakfast is a basic offering with coffee, meats, cheeses, bread and cereal - enough to start your day, when you’re on the go with day trip tours. The front desk staff is exceptional, very kind and very helpful. Sofia is a safe and walkable city and the hotel is within minutes of most tourist sites. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only is location is good. The stuff are nice. For this price you could stay in better place. Bed is not comfortable. The breakfast is so poor.

Breakfast is scammed

Don’t pay for breakfast because there’s no food. There breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, so we came at 9 am and food finished the employees want to fill out the dishes but owner said that’s it. If you don’t eat not my business

receptionist Very nice and helpful

Andrea is a great person helps everyone with her smile lovely face. Once she is in the reception you can feel her positive energy. Also, the guy in the kitchen is very nice and helpful. Otherwise breakfast is very basic and dishes not clean.
