It’s right next to Sodegaura Station- very convenient. Plus they have free breakfast for everyone. The only thing that was a let down in our experience was the staff at the front desk. Not smiling, straight/poker face when she talked to us but we saw her smiling and very helpful with Japanese guests. I hope im mistaken but this should be addressed by hotel management either way.

日本人の底辺の客にホテル従業員さんが苦心されている中で、待てない老人がロビーに詰まってしまい、チェックインに20分程度待った。 ホテルの問題ではなく客の質の問題だが、利用者としてはストレスを感じた。 大変だと思いますが従業員の皆様を守る経営をしてあげてください。料金を上げてもいいので客の質と民度を高めてください。
