The location was ideal for our visit. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the people on staff were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay there again.

I am a senior woman suffering from an injury to my left knee. I was called en route (10/17) to say their elevator was down but was expected to be fixed on the next day. I carried all of my luggage from the 2nd floor lobby to room on the 4th floor. The clerk volunteered to help but never got up to do so on Saturday evening when asked about thevelevator, we were told that it would not happen before Tuesday, Oct 22. On checkout sunday, 10/20, because my knee had gotten much worsevfrom the trips up and down steps, I insisted that my luggage be brought down abd they did comply. Not sure I'll bpok with Expedia again but definately not the LaQunta in Snellville.
