Welcome to Happy Ours of North Topsail Beach. Located on the Sound side with stunning panoramic views. Second row from Ocean. Spend your evenings on the back deck taking in the most gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding off the private boat dock. Kayaks and paddle board supplied too. This cozy home is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plus beach chairs and shade and a cart to carry it all. Love to cook? So do we. We love to have a well stocked kitchen and extra spices. We also take cleaning and comfort seriously and it shows!! A stay at Happy Ours will be a vacation to remember.
(All linens supplied and included in price unlike many vacation homes in Topsail. This means comfy bedding, beach towels, plenty of bath towels and washcloths without crazy add-on costs for linens. Plus, you don’t have to make any beds!)
Up to two smaller sized dogs allowed with $150 pet fee. We love your pup gets to vacation with you, so be sure to add the pet fee during booking. (We are unable to allow any bully breeds on this property)
We strongly encourage Travel Insurance especially during Hurricane Season.

Wonderful Place!
This was our second time staying at Happy Ours and we loved it just as much the second time around! Unfortunately due to sickness our trip had to be cut short but for the time we were there we had amazing views, quiet setting on the dock and so much fun kayaking! The neighbors are wonderful and the house is spotless. Would definitely recommend!! Will stay again for sure! And Angela is amazing to work with!

Never have we stayed in a vacation rental that felt more like home than Happy Ours. Wonderful location, cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch! Perfect Cozy Beach Getaway!
My closest friends and I stayed here for a week for a beach getaway. We had such a great time! It was our first time visiting Topsail and we are already trying to plan when we can come back next year! This home is PERFECT! So cozy and had all the best amenities and MORE! The best part about this house is the location and the back porch! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets everyday! Even though we weren’t beachside, this is the next best thing! I honestly think the view from this house is better than the beach! The beds in the home are so cozy and the living room provided ample space for friends and pets! They even had a small basket of dog toys waiting for our furry friends. When we arrived they had relaxing music playing to greet us and kick off our vaycay! You can tell the owners take great care of this home and pour love into making it a home away from home. We will be back for SURE! A trip to remember, so thankful for these new memories.💕

This house exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was very well thought out. We especially loved the big yard, dock and the beautiful views. Also the hosts went above and beyond a typical house rental making it feel more like a luxury boutique hotel, with the fully stocked extras at every corner! Definitely would come back.

We stayed at Happy Ours for the second time. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful with many amenities. They have thought of everything you’d need to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. Bedding and towels are luxurious. Perfect Stay
Have both owned and stayed in VRBOs and it is easy to say that this was the most well thought out property in which we have stayed. It is clear that the owner both take pride in this property but also want to share it with those that they host. Wonderful Property, like moving into your mansion fully supplied. Stock every item needed for a true family vacation. Beautiful smell upon entry and my family truly loved everything. We watched 7 unbelievable sunsets (one fishing from the pier) from the top deck. My grand boys fished, crabbed, kayaked, played all the outdoor games provided. We have been going on family vacations for over 30 years, this was the best!!! Thank you for sharing your special place.

This property is wonderful! Clean, comfortably furnished, amazing view, and very helpful owners. The kitchen is set up with cooks in mind which for us is perfect. Easy access to great seafood market and grocery. Highly recomend!

This was the cleanest house, best stocked home, with the most amazing views. The pictures are beautiful but even better in real life. There is a sense of calm when you walk in the door. The decor is on point, and has everything you could need. The manager was so helpful for our stay!! She promptly responded to any question we might of had, and diligently worked out any issue. You will not regret booking this little slice of paradise

This property has EVERYTHING you could want in a rental. Beautiful views of the intracoastal, short walk to beach. The house itself is fabulous (i want their interior designer!) With every conceivable amenity - kayaks, paddleboard blankets to cozy up on the amazing couch- I cant begin to list all the thoughtful touches that make the place stand out from others. We will return!

We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts could not be more friendlier! They were extremely helpful and keep just about anything you would ever need in the house and then some. It’s was definitely above what we expected. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our family really enjoyed crabbing, kayaking, and the beach. We had a wonderful vacation with our 2 grown sons in this beautiful, comfy, well-stocked home. We ate all of our meals at the house to enjoy the view and sunsets! There is everything you need to relax on and off the beach, cook wonderful meals, catch crabs off the dock, kayak and more. The owners also go above and beyond to make sure your vacation is the best! Beautiful stay in beautiful Topsail!
I cannot say enough about HappyOurs! We had a wonderful, relaxing week. The weather was amazing and the views from the deck were even more! This is hands down the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The host even provided coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, s’mores and more. I have to say her plants around each corner were not only beautiful, but made you feel like you were home! We will definitely be back for another visit!

Our stay at Happy Ours was wonderful.,the house is newly remodeled, has 4 bedrooms and one little space outside master bedroom that can sleep two if needed. Furnishings, bedding, are all lovely. Very spacious. The views from back deck of inter coastal were breathtaking. The owners supplied many amenities to make life simpler as coffee, creamer, paper plates and cups, etc. Had a wonderful week.

The most relaxing week with incredible views!
I can’t say enough good things about Happy Ours. The views are just breathtaking. The home is decorated so lovely, the beds are comfortable, the added touches like bathroom products and extra washed blankets to use just made things even more wonderful. This property and owner hospitality exceeded our expectations! They have thought of everything to help make you feel the comforts of home. The linens, beds, cleaning supplies, coffee bar, throw blankets, shampoo/conditioner, hand soaps, paddle board, kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, crab cages/nets, toy box for dogs, supplies to makes s’mores and popcorn buckets with popcorn provided, and timed battery operated candles that turn on of an evening- everything was perfect! We especially loved the large windows that provided amazing views and natural light. The large deck off of the main living is spectacular and is where we spent a lot of time together. The heated outdoor shower and 2 swings outside the bedrooms on the bottom level was an added bonus. The location of this property allows you to enjoy the sound and ocean and the beach was a short walk down and across the street. I can’t recommend this property enough and if you book it, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

The cleanest beach house I have EVER stayed in! The owners have gone above and beyond to make this property the best of the best! Cozy beds with European duvets, great pillows, and wonderfully soft sheets! Good quality towels, luxury body wash, hand wash, shampoo and conditioner in every bath. They have everything you need to start your trip- from paper towels to spices! Even a basket with makings for s’mores - which made for a fun night on the back deck, watching the sunset, and roasting marshmallows on the gas firepit cocktail table! There is also a large, good quality gas grill on the main deck. Stunning views! Kayaks and paddle boards, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, beach towels, laundry detergent! EVERYTHING!! The Sound is right off the back yard. Small walk to beach. They have beach carts to make it easy to take everything for the day. Quiet neighbors. Fast and easy communication with owner! 5 STARS!!!
