A hidden gem. Superb for terminal 5. Even a stay in London, very accessible for town and Windsor. Shocked at the standard of accommodation for such a reasonable price. Will book again.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishments and only part of it was open. No restaurant or bar service. Took over 15 minutes to check in, z-bed was unacceptable for an adult to sleep on, & hairdryer didn’t work.

goodoption very close to Heathrow
Good option 5 mins drive from Heathrow. Parking was availalb,e but I parked on the street 2 mins away. There is apub right across the street that does Thai food.THe sound insulation is excellent, I did not hear a thing, even though it's right under the flightpath.

It is a good hotel to rest, they change towels and clean. It needed more toilet paper and tissues. It is close to the airport and a great Italian restaurant, and a good distance from the castle.

Staff were friendly and attentive. They were at the desk 24/7. No waiting around. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Good bed and great shower. Secure underground parking with security shutters was £15. Thai restaurant and pub next door. Italian restaurant also very close.

I was unable to locate the hotel despite spending 2 hours searching the Colnbrook area. I asked local people, a gas station and the staff of 2 stores. The phone number provided did not exist. I was fortunate to find a room at the Holiday Inn for the night. Everything about this reservation was bad.

The ONLY negative of this place is the mattress. It was as if I was sleeping on the floor and I prefer firm mattresses. Everything else was perfect. I just couldn’t believe the mattress or maybe lack of there off.

It's a lovely older hotel completely renovated and only 3 stops from Terminal 5 on bus 703. Although close to the airport, the new windows are double or triple glazed and there is no sound. The staff are kind, the rooms large and comfortable, the furniture lovely. Its really good value, too.
