Common area is outside
The house was clean and well-located. Contact with the host was responsive. The only quirk is the only common areas were outside. In warmer, drier weather, this would not have been a problem because the courtyard was lovely. Since we didn't have all the rooms occupied, we turned the basement bedroom/sitting area (#2) as our common area. Everyone had a wonderful stay.
