Detached bungalow with a fantastic view over the village of Nikiti to the sea.
The house is approx. 75 square meters, has a large terrace, 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly installed bathroom.
It is about 1200 meters from the 7 km long fine sandy beach, in the so-called "old village" Nikiti with its traditional stone houses and winding streets.
A twelve sea long veranda on a natural plot awaits you.
The former stone sheepfold was lovingly converted by a German artist into a modern, tasteful holiday home with an open wooden roof structure. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the corner terrace.
The house is situated above the old village of Nikiti on a hill with a fantastic view of the listed village and the sea. When the weather is clear, you are fascinated by a view over Kassandra to Mount Olympus.
You enjoy the peace and in no time at the beach promenade with restaurants, bars and shops.
The infrastructure of the village is very good, which is why the bungalow is suitable in all seasons.
There are picturesque beaches in the area and hiking is very popular in the off-season. Contact with a weekly hiking group can be arranged.
The owner, who lives on site, offers a free tour of beaches and traditional taverns for longer visits. A trip to Thessaloniki with great shopping, museums and hidden little Greek taverns can also be arranged on request.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Church of Agios Nikitas. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and a microwave.

Perfect Spot in Nikiti
Sigrid’s place was great! The location was close to the beach and the touristy spots but far enough away from them that you still felt like you were in a remote village when you sat on the terrace. Walking distance to coffee and restaurants. It’s very clean and well stocked and Sigrid was super helpful with where to go and what to do. We used her market and cafe recommendations and loved all of her beach recommendations. Definitely a gem in Nikiti and would hands down stay again.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit toller Sicht
Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen im Juni hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Nikiti und old Nikiti und hat einen traumhaften Blick bis zum Meer. Man ist fernab von jeglichem touristischen Trubel. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und bietet viele Sitzplätze in allen Sonnen- und Schattenlagen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst Dosen für ein Picknick am Strand sind vorhanden. Frau Gross hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben.

Tolles Haus und super Vermieterin
Das Haus, oberhalb des alten Ortskerns von Nikiti, ist ruhig gelegen. Eine schöne Terrasse mit einem super Blick aufs Meer und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Alles da von Grill bis Liegestuhl, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Auch im Haus ist alles vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfanne. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Haus, die Terrasse, den Garten genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Sie hat sich immer gekümmert, egal ob man Fragen zu Restaurants, Stränden oder Ausflugszielen hatte. Auch wenn im Haus Kleinigkeiten fehlten, wurde das sofort vorbei gebracht. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!
