On the plot there is a large yard for parking vehicles and a garden with lawn for play.

The neighborhood is quiet and traditional as in any Greek village. The movement in the village can be done only on foot since the house is located in the center. For the beaches the movement can be done only by car since the nearest is about 4km away.
