This home is also perfectly positioned within Black Butte Ranch, where you can enjoy golf courses, restaurants, bike/walking paths, horses, and an array of activities. Visiting skiers will also be happy to know that Santiam Sno-Park, the Hoodoo Ski Area, and Ray Benson Sno-Park are all less than 17 miles away.
Inside, discover large windows and skylights welcoming in plenty of sunshine, soaring ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. Prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine indoors at the large table or alfresco on your furnished patio. Back inside, this home features an inviting living area with a large leather sectional, wood-burning stove, and a 70" TV for streaming using your own accounts, as well as cable. You'll also find several other TV's in the home with cable or streaming so everyone can watch their favorite shows. A second living space offers an additional TV and a plush sofa ideal for relaxing with a mug of cocoa and a good book on quiet afternoons.
For sleeping options, choose from four bedrooms including a main room with its own fireplace and en suite bathroom as well as a kid-friendly bunkroom.
Things to Know
No motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs are allowed in Black Butte Ranch. No parking of RVs, motorhomes, or trailers of any kind is allowed.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
