Clean and convenient. Don't expect a fancy breakfast but it is perfect for a quick start to one's day. Good value and we would stay here again.

Property is closer to the school. Place is quite. Great place for people who just need to stay and sleep for a night. I don't like the separate sink and the bathroom. There was no microwave. Overall the place is okay.

When we rate five star we are taking price into consideration. Overall the room was clean, comfortable and not run down in any way. The bed was amazing. The building is a bit old but suited us just fine. The area seemed safe as was confirmed by locals we talked to at dinner. Breakfast includes no hot food or waffle maker. Again perfectly fine with us with price taken into consideration. Overall we will stay here when in Sioux Falls again for sure.

The person at the desk was friendly and informative. The room was attractive, and had more lights than most hotel rooms. The property was quiet. The breakfast had variety, and it was delicious. Minnehaha Golf Course is close, and a short drive.

The property is older, but is very conveniently located across from the hospital. The room was nice and quiet, other than teenagers across the hall who were out of their room yelling after 10:00pm. The staff addressed it immediately. The interior could use some update. The smell in the property ranged from cat urine to rotten cantaloupe.

Live and learn.
Next to rehab place. There were many strange people hanging around. Room adequate, but not clean. One bed had mattress cover; one did not. Room on second floor above us made noise until 3 in the morning. Internet was poor. Advertised complete breakfast; this was substandard. Awful experience; never recommend this place to anyone.
