Grreat stay

Very clean property with lots of ammenities including different coffees and a HUGE tv. Fenced in back yard came in very handy since we were traveling with pup. Extemely close to downtown so easy to get anything. Highly recommend staying here when coming to Souix City

Hidden Gem in the perfect spot!

Pictures don't do this home justice! The place was perfect for our weeklong stay in Sioux Falls. The large kitchen, living room, and hot tub were super! While the location is close to downtown it is far enough away to feel very comfortable. The cherry on top was great communication from the hosts who were always quick to reply and offer suggestions. Thanks Matt & Rachel!

Little hard to park 2 full sized vehicles at, other then that, has a nice yard for a dog to run around in and everything is set up nicely.

Great stay!

The house is in a good location close to downtown, Sanford Medical Center and the Premier Center. It is on a busy street, so it was nice to have off street parking in the back. The house was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the hot tub being ice cold and not working when we arrived, but the host was quick to rectify that so we could enjoy it in the morning.

Family vacation with teens

The place was clean and quiet. We used the hot tub daily and were close to anywhere we wanted to go in Sioux Falls. Teens loved the large smart TV. Neighborhood was comfortable enough to go for a walk.

Enjoyed the overnight stay and home. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. The rear Parking area was wet and muddy so suggest to put down some pea gravel or concrete for ease of unloading.

Great home.

My friends and I booked this home for a wedding. It was perfect. Beds are comfy. Even the pullout couch is comfy. Hot tub is great. Neighborhood quiet. Easy cleanup process. Great hosts! They messaged multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would book again anytime I’m in souix falls.
