Loft with family room & office space, 2nd story deck, plus 2 more bedrooms, infrared sauna, & a large bathroom on the second level. Very nice & private main level deck & fenced in patio area with a hot tub, outdoor dining, Blackstone griddle grill & a 50" tv off of the kitchen/dining/living area. Walking distance to Harmadon Park & a popular SF bar & grill. Approximately 7-13 minute drive or ride to downtown Sioux Falls and only minutes drive from Brandon, Harrisburg & Tea.

Dance competition weekend
We stayed overnight for a dance competition and it was exactly what we needed! The location was perfect and the hot tub kept the kids and adults entertained for the down time!

Girls weekend
We stayed her for a weekend getaway with two friends! It was absolutely perfect as we were able to just hang out and make use of the hot tub! There is also a bar and grill nearby with excellent service/food! It was the best and Corey was so wonderful as he was able to respond back to questions we had right away! We will definitely be going back!

Very nice property. Is a duplex but could not hear neighbors at all! Very clean and spacious. Hot tub was great.
