clean and comfortable
We were literally only there to sleep which was great. Didn't use any of the amities whatsoever. A little annoyed that I paid for this with Hotels.com but them they tack on an additional 17.50 as a "resort fee." That needs to be know to everyone.

Nice hotel and good location. House keeping staff very friendly. About a 2 1/2 mile round trip walk to the north end of Falls Park. Easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants.
