The room was nice and spacious. The free breakfast was good. It was the same everyday although it was fresh and tasted good. Check-in and check-out was easy. The bar/restaurant closed early at 8:00 the only day we tried going which was disappointing. Parking was limited but they did have overflow parking next door. The stairwell carpet was badly stained and needed a cleaning. Overall a nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The hotel itself was fine. It probably needs updating but the location cant be beat and the staff was amazing. I haven't experienced such great customer service un quite sometime!!

Japanese Gardens Trip
Very clean room. Restaurant was not open. Staff shortage. Inconvenient. It was evening when we checked in. We walked across the street to Craven , a restaurant in another hotel to eat. Small parking area for us to park.
