We stayed overnight yo catch a flight back home. This hotel surprised us in a pleasant way. The room was pretty spacious and the included breakfast was very good. I wish we were there longer so we could go to the rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately, we were only there for one evening. The view from the rooftop and pool area is beautiful. There is a wonderful night market (streetfood) about five minutes away. The food we had there was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Singapore again.

Even though older, this was a surprisingly good hotel. Restaurant food good. All facilities. Beautiful bar / restaurant at top of bldg with magnificent views. Local area has lovely ambience and lots of local eating places. Only issue was that the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

The restaurant on the 8th floor was too expensive. The restaurant on the main floor always looked closed! No tables were set. It was not inviting. The front desk staff were amazing! Loved them!we would stay here again!

what a mistake booking at this hotel
one of my worst hotel experiences ever. shuttle service to airport is like once an hour b/w 8a-9p (not known/advertised before booking). hotel was in disrepair, & me & my 82 yr old dad were given one of the rooms furthest from the elevator. won't be staying here ever again & wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very close to airport with free shuttle which was amazing. Room was very comfortable and plenty of room for a twin room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool on the rooftop. So quiet even though the airport was very close. Local bus easy to catch and great eating places at the local Hawker centres.

I thought the hotel would be convenient for an overnight stay in Singapore but it actually takes a while to get there, even by the free shuttle bus. The property is dated and in need of upgrades, however the staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and hawkers nearby but not much else to see or do. It was an ok experience but I still wouldn't choose to return.

Shuttle service not all day.
I booked this hotel primarily for the shuttle. However, it does run for over 5 hours, from 12:30 to 5:50pm every day. That was not advertised. The staff were very good and kind to me. But, the shuttle situation was aggravating.

hotel shuttle nonexistent
i booked this hotel because of the free hotel shuttle. they fail to mention that the last shuttle is at 9:30 pm. cost $40.00 for an uber to get there. i would of been better off finding a hotel that was near an MTR station. also, the bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together. NOT comfortable

This place is a joke. I booked a king room they gave me a twin, I said I was an Expedia gold member I was told Expedia tiers mean nothing. Further there was no soap in the room, also when I asked for soap no one picked up the phone. They also kept on telling me I need to check the toilet for soap when they picked up after 30mins of calling non stop at midnight. In the end turned out that forgot to put toiletries in and then the next morning they forgot to call me for my wake up alarm and I almost missed my flight This place is a scam and a joke to get money out of travelers who need a place to spend a night in Singapore. Avoid at all costs.
