The hotel's a bit dated but clean and not too far from the airport. Very close to Changi village that has good dining option. The staff are great, which makes up for the dated property, hence my score.

Close to the airport. Not much to do around the hotel. It is good for just making a stop in between flights.

The property looks rundown. Shower would not turn off in room. Temperatures in room unbearable cold. Could not see out windows because of condensation on outside. Shuttle to airport is at limited times unlike adds on property website

Check in was superb. Navina was excellent and helped with our overall experience. Hotel was pristine although some of the exterior looks as though a bit of a face lift is needed. Room was fairly basic but very clean. Breakfast was fine. Lots of places locally to eat. Club lounge facilities and staff were good.

Staff at reception were very friendly. When we got to our room we realised they had given us the wrong room configuration. When we called the front desk to let them know they were very helpful and sent staff around with different room keys so we could get the room required. We didn’t get to use the facilities so can’t really comment but all staff were fantastic and we will stay there again.

Probably was good in the past but in need of a lot of care and love now Our window on club floor had dirty glass that appeared to not have been cleaned this century. Room a bit basic with no chair or sofa. Bathroom and bed ok. Breakfast was ok too. Front office staff very helpfully.
