Room for improvement
The reception service needs to beef up to avoid guest disappointment and inconvenience. The concierge service too has a huge room for improvement being the first customer contact to make guests feel more welcome.

Great Hotel in Great Area with Great Amenities
The Check In process was seamless and they upgraded us to a better room. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It was within walking distance to all transportation and to many malls. Many food, vendors and restaurants just steps away. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The bathroom a great size with all the amenities included like shampoo, shower gel, and toiletries. Definitely used the water kettle for coffee and tea that was provided. Even slippers were provided, but I brought my own. There was no carpet which made it easier to move my luggage around the room. There is a 7-11 across the street to purchase water, ice cups, and your cup of noodles. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a family room which was wierdly a superking and a single bed rather than 2 doubles. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. The main thing missing is that this hotel does not have a bar! There are 2 restaurants which we didnt try as we felt they were very expensive but the lack of bar meant you cant get a drink when you're by the pool. The pool was nice and cool, and although there weren't many sunloungers, most people weren't staying there long, so we didnt struggle to get one. The hotel is convenient as its only a block away from Bugis MRT.

Great staff
The service was excellent as always Despite noise from some other guests, Jeffrey was quick to offer suggestions to rectify it and I was very happy to see Sobana again. Thank you for always ensuring guest comfort and I have seen how efficient staff are as usual again first hand bed and pillows were fabulous, room was towards the quieter side of hotel as requested.

Service executives really make the difference
There was construction work and prayer calls that broke my sleep but Jeffery and Sobana provided such excellent service in handling the situation that it is now my favorite place to stay. The staff are welcoming and actually put in so much extra effort to take care of guests. From before check in when i rang to double confirm my booking, i dealt with Jeffery who tirelessly had to man the lines while checking in guests. Even during peak period he never lost his cool and was an epitome of service excellence. Definitely management material Sobana is warm and endearing. Every time any assistance was needed she was the smiling face at the counter that i knew would ensure all issues were settled. The presence of such genuinely caring staff! Fabian& tricia were also pleasant &helpful when needed.While Faisal seems less experienced,he strives to be helpful & was very professional at all times. Wang dong was great at his room make overs and very polite. While the room dresser is dated,efforts have been made to upgrade the other fixtures and bathrooms. Soap dishes at standing height would be helpful too for guest comfort. The hotel is well placed with bugis junction and little india etc nearby. There is a slight hassle of parking as the car could not be parked for more than 42$ worth and if so the remainder is charged to the guest. This was not always 48h but sometimes less than 45h maybe due to the varying rates? Overall i thoroughly enjoyed my stay due to the excellent staff.

Good hotel in a prime location of Arab Street/Haji Lane/Bali Lane. Very friendly and kind staff working there. Property could do with some renovations, however it was still a really enjoyable experience. They even set up a play area in our room for our toddler (never experienced that before). Thanks :)
