Pros: Clean rooms, friendly bell and counter staff, amazing seafood restaurant just in the lobby of the hotel, well- maintained facilities Cons: Windows are not sound proof, and you will hear the mosque next door (which can wake you up in the early morning). Night guard sitting at the lobby table is rude.

Areas for improvement & areas to keep it up!

Jasintha the reception lady gave me a room very near the lift which was as per my request when i make my booking. She was also efficient and clear. Housekeeping could do a little improvement as the bath towers were not very clean, the small orange pillows had quite a few hairs still stuck to them , one cup had stain not washed well. The pillows and bedsheets were clean though. I like the bed and it helped with a good sleep.

A bit pricey but great location and quality. Room was small but had a nice view of the pool and was in excellent condition. Close to Clarke Quay and the MRT station. And Chinatown is an easy walk.
