This hotel deserves an excellent rating. Perfect location, staff attentiveness to any needs, multiple food offerings etc. When I return to Singapore I will stay here again!

Very helpful staff. Poorly designed reception hall with few facilities. Very good pool but no no one to clean up towels etc around pool. No proper bar ( was a temporary pop up bar for December) Rooms on the small side - good for small people. It's 5 star saving grace is it's Location, can't be beaten: excellent for walking around Chinatown and is generally very central in Singapore

Such a beautiful and clean hotel!! Rooms are small but I think that’s expected. Very close and walking distance to train station and Chinatown and 3 food centres! Would stay again

Really nice property, great location, very friendly staff. Room was a bit small, you will struggle a bit to arrange your luggage if your luggage is on the larger side. However, I still highly recommend this hotel for a cost effective but enjoyable stay!

Great hotel, great location
My family recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. It's located in a great spot in the city and pretty much everything is in walking distance or you can use the subway which is close by. I highly recommend staying here.
