I had some simple questions at check in and the clerk was not able to help me at all. The room was approx 10'x13' including the bathroom. Not big enough to change your mind in. The breakfast was nice

The design of the hotel meant that our room had a metal roof of the balcony below, right outside our window (we had no balcony). When it rained (all night), it sounded like someone was banging a metal dustbin. When we complained to the hotel, they said there was nothing they could do and we should contact Hotels.com for a refund. Please get in touch.

Not given the bedsize requested, extremely disappointed. We specifically upgraded to the privilege room for a larger room and queen bed. When we got there, it was a double, definitely not 60” wide as a queen should be. When we asked the front desk, they said it was a queen bed. If the bed sizes aren’t standard the dimensions should be listed on the website. This was extremely inconvenient as we were travelling with a child to share the bed. It made for an uncomfortable stay. Positives is the location, very accessible.

Very busy hotel with perfect location. Rooms are small and good equipped. AC is working very well. Breakfast is good, but very busy. People staying in lines to enter. Many tables are blocked/booked with sign “for visa customers” staying free but people have no place to sit.
