Very convenient (30 min walking distance) to museums, the Bayfront, the Harbour Front, Fort Canning Park and the Singapore MRT stations. Living here can save a ton of money if you ride the MRT (subway system -- superclean, efficient and on-time) instead of hailing taxis or Uber-like ride-share services.

This was our first visit in Singapore, so this was a great first timer hotel for us. Upon entering, the staff was very friendly checking us in and made us feel welcomed. Check in was simple and they gaveus east directions to the room. There is a gym and pool as well as a nice little coffee shop next door. Across the street, there is a money exchange, a 7-11, a food hall and other options. The best part is that the MRT is literally right at the corner about a minute walk from the hotel. The hotel sits in a very convenient location that is within distance from many sightseeing areas. The rooms are quite small, but cozy. They have everything you need. Plus side was the mini fridge! The restroom is perfect as well. The area outside is safe and clean and the inside is super clean and not worn down. Overall, amazing hotel, staff and stay. Thank you Hotel Mi Bencoolen!

A pretty good place to stay
This was a good hotel. We thought it was overpriced but we were there during the Formula 1 Racing. The location was good and it was quiet. I wish they provided hand towels. A vet good breakfast was included

Location is perfect. If you're a visitor that likes to explore outside the hotel then this is the perfect place to leave you're things, take a shower and rest. I personally don't like yellow, but it adds a lively vibe to this place. Lobby smells sooo good too. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is a bit small if you're tall, but it is clean and have filter drinking water. I really enjoyed staying a week in this hotel.

Good service from hotel staff and check in was quick and smooth. We booked 1 double and 1 tripple. Room is small but functional for short stay. Beds are very firm but thats suits our preference. Bathroom also small and shower is very tight (less than two arm span). Shower gel & shampoo/conditioner is provided. Corner of shower floor felt a little slimy but otherwise clean. There's free wifi and a pool but we didnt check it out. Would stay here again.

The hotel location is golden because it locates next to MRT Bencoolen st. The room is clean and they provide drinking water tap in the bathroom or you can bring your cup and get free ice and drinking water from the machine in hotel lobby. You can deposit your luggages after check out. Only one thing I don’t like is the chatting voice from other guests in the hall way that’s loud enough to disturb your stay. Anyway, it’s perfect for out and about.

The breakfast wasn’t great either we had to go next door to the cafe which was pretty ordinary and the quality of food was pretty poor for the money we paid besides from The duty manager and cleaner it was pretty poor

Great service and area! The only minor complaint we had was the next door restaurant where they have their breakfast which can be included in their package, but the front desk was accommodating and referred us to another place across the street which was much better than the other one.

Absolutely loved every aspect about this place. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Super clean rooms and close to everything. They allowed for an early check in which was great as I travelled from Canada and was exhausted. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Singapore
