I recently stayed at your hotel for three nights, and I must say it was the most unpleasant hotel experience I’ve had in 55 years of travel.
Upon checking in, I encountered an exceptionally rude receptionist who told me to "get out of his hotel." He refused to provide me with the Wi-Fi password and even demanded that I apologize to him. When I pointed out that it wasn't his hotel and that he should apologize for his behavior, he remained unapologetic and continued to be uncooperative.
I was already dealing with several other issues, and this unprofessional treatment only added to my frustration. Eventually, management intervened and offered to upgrade my room. While I reluctantly accepted the upgrade due to time constraints, I felt it was a poor attempt to rectify the situation.
Overall, my stay was far below what I would expect from a reputable hotel, and I would not recommend this location to others
