Efficient check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Competitive priced lunch and dinner with hotel guest discount. Guest have complimentary use of pool and gym. Bottle water is complimentary. Rooms are perfectly adequate in size. Air conditioning is individually controlled in each room. The nearest train station is approximately 15 mins walk which is challenging in the heat and humidity. There is a bus stop near the hotel. If we visit Singapore again we would be happy to stay here again

We stayed at this place for 7 nights. Very clean and convenient area. Staff was very helpful in giving us directions to places or any information we needed. Richard at the front desk was very accommodating great customer service. He was our go to person. Thank you Richard. Housekeeping staff was amazing. Breakfast was the best. Lots of choices for vegetarians. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Singapore.

Dear Sir Attention: General manager I recently stayed at your hotel for three nights, and I must say it was the most unpleasant hotel experience I’ve had in 55 years of travel. Upon checking in, I encountered an exceptionally rude receptionist who told me to "get out of his hotel." He refused to provide me with the Wi-Fi password and even demanded that I apologize to him. When I pointed out that it wasn't his hotel and that he should apologize for his behavior, he remained unapologetic and continued to be uncooperative. I was already dealing with several other issues, and this unprofessional treatment only added to my frustration. Eventually, management intervened and offered to upgrade my room. While I reluctantly accepted the upgrade due to time constraints, I felt it was a poor attempt to rectify the situation. Overall, my stay was far below what I would expect from a reputable hotel, and I would not recommend this location to others UK

Excellent check in. Arrived 5am so were lucky enough to have been able to pay for last minute early check in and have breakfast. Comfortable bed with choices of firm or soft pilliows. Room clean and had all necessities including bottled water, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Breakfast was good with wide selection of food available. Staff very efficient clearing tables. On the Sunday morning the dining room was a bit manic with children and adult guests alike queue jumping/not waiting their turn, pushing their way to the food and snatching utensils just as we were about to pick them up. However the following 2 days were fine. Received a complimentay late check out of 1pm as we had a late flight. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful advising about the Jewel and eateries at the airport. Easy 20 minute walk to the Novena metro station. A very comfortable stay, would stay again.

The hotel was nice and clean with good air conditioning. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and I could check early which was real bound after a long flight. Solid place to stay at a reasonable price.

Staying at this hotel for two nights was a mixed experience. The first night started with a problem when the toilet in our room began having trouble flushing properly. By the next day, it had completely blocked, emitting an unpleasant smell that forced us to leave the room while maintenance fixed the issue. On the second night, our sleep was disturbed by noise from the adjacent room. Despite the hotel's claim of soundproof rooms, our accommodation had a connecting door that allowed us to hear conversations and even the rustling of chip packets next door. We reached out to the front desk to complain about the noise, understanding that the neighbors weren't being excessively loud, but rather the room was inadequately soundproofed. The front desk promised to send security to assess the situation but did not follow up as promised. We had to call again to check on progress, and around 11:30pm, they offered to move us to another room. Moving to the new room required us to pack up everything. While they provided a trolley, there was no additional assistance offered to help us move our bags (single mother and child). Unfortunately, the new room on a different floor was even noisier, with doors slamming loudly throughout the hallway, keeping us awake until 2am. If uninterrupted sleep is a priority for your stay, I would not recommend this hotel. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was decent overall, but I would stay away from the breakfast - not nice.
