Excellent location and large room. The only negative is the lack of a coffee machine. However the coffee pouches were good, but why offer very sweet Coffeemate instead of milk when there is also sugar packets. A lot of people do not use sugar in their coffee. The pillow cases are too small for the size of the pillows making them very thick and hard.

The hotel is *extremely* well situated, being close to City Hall MRT and numerous major shopping/dining malls including Funan Mall, Raffles City, Chjimes, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, all with loads of dining options. City Hall MRT station will quickly get you to Orchard Rd. There is a sheltered walkway to get there as well. The room was spacious, the bed was really firm with great support as were the pillows. The bath & shower were top class. The work area lounge seat by the window was great. Note: The bathroom actually does have automated blinds that provide privacy, in case you were wondering by looking at the hotel pics. The only gripe was the water filter thing - it doesn't filter the water at all - actually makes it taste worse. The only value it provides is heating the water. Best if they could just provide water bottles like other hotels. Front entrance lobby & reception service was great.

Great city cetre hotel. Clean and very comfortable. Excellent service from all the staff, they couldnt help enough. Great breakfast...vood choice and quality...first chewse in 2 weeks!! Overall a great find and super value for money
