Amazing stay for a little trip to Singapore
The hotel was everything we needed. It’s in a great location the train is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so you can hop on that to go sightseeing everything is close by only a bus or train ride away. The accommodation is small and basic but when your out sight seeing all day it was perfect for us. Clean and tidy small bathroom but done the job. There is a pool which is clean and peaceful again very basic nice if you just want some down time before going out again. We did pay for the breakfast for one day good selection of foods and tasty! It was a little pricey for what it was but easy to get before a day out. I would stay here again, no issues with check in or check out very easy we actually left very early in the morning and check in out was easy to do on our own! Overall perfect hotel for what we needed!

Great room & location, justmismatched expectations
The check in felt chaotic over the weekend because of a wedding and there were kids screaming at the play area. That was something I didn't expect. This is a personal preference but I really prefer a more relaxing check in. This is probably my miss for not knowing how family friendly the hotel is - great for families just not ideal for a couple who just wanted some quiet time together sans the chaos. I also did not expect the hotel not to have daily housekeeping so again probably my miss for assuming this is a given for a well known hotel in Singapore. I also didn't expect the side tables not to have plugs that we can easily charge our phones at. Lovely place, super central location for touristy activities! Just a mismatch of expectations for me

Staff were super helpful and the rooms here decent size and clean. The only improvement point is I wish they had more lifts as it became really busy during breakfast and check out hours so we had to wait a while for an empty lift. Otherwise lovely hotel and staffs.

Disappointed to be put in the old wing. Room is old and dated. Carpet smells old. Carpet had crumbs. trash not cleared every day. You had to look for a room cleaner and tell them to clean. Drains are noisy. if someone uses the sink you can hear the drains from the room.

The hotel was of good quality; there were great staff, a lovely atmosphere and everything was clean. The room had a great view of the city and the hotel pool. The gym was small but had most of the basic equipment. The hotel is conveniently located to the MRT, had a 7 Eleven onsite, and was walkable to most places (20-30 min walk mostly). The only drawbacks were that the room was slightly old with stained furniture, and the gym needed better ventilation or an air conditioner.

Hotel Furama
We had nothing but egg and beans for breakfast very poor. For a diverse nation that Singapore is this hotel does not cater for westerners. We stayed 4 nights and had the same soaking wet towels for our stay, our bins were overflowing with rubbish and we had to make our own bed. Not what you expect for a hotel of this quality. We would not stay here again.
