Such a fabulous stay at the Artyzen. The hotel is jaw-dropping from the moment you walk in to the lobby. So beautiful. Our room was amazing - easily the nicest room I've stayed in. They spared no expense in adding in every detail possible. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is a little further away from the main areas, which we didn't mind as it was quiet and grabbing a taxi was easy.

Beautiful architecture and design. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the views from our balcony. We loved how every detail was thought of. Staff were outstanding. Great location to explore the city and the hotel has a complimentary transfer for short distances which is so thoughtful. We also loved the breakfast and food in general. Rooftop pool is probably one of the best. We definitely would like to come back and stay longer.

Excellent staff. Good location. Fantastic complimentary Pilates class on Friday with very helpful instructor. The young man at reception who checked us in and out was wonderful. He went out of his way to help us organize transport to airport among many other things. He helped make our stay very special.

We had a lovely stay at Artyzen, the staff treated us well especially Ms Jewel from the reception. She made sure we got everything that we need. The room is so spacious and the design is so beautiful. The restaurant food is so good and the people are so welcoming and nice. We’ll definitely gonna be staying there again in the future.

The overall stay is good, staff are friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Except that, there’s a construction site right beside the hotel, even the windows are all closed, you can still hear the noise from early morning. Besides, the property has no signage lighting, it is barely visible at night time. And we experienced the false alarm rang during our stay, it was good that the hotel has announcement about the investigation but the announcement kept repeating around 5 mins which was quite disgusting.

great property.. good location for shopping on orchard street.. I booked room with balcony. my only complaints are the hotel menu: especially breakfast. No great option for people who don't eat eggs.. Toast with avacodo gets old Every morning and the lunch menu left much to be desired.. No fresh vegetable dishes or salads or sandwiches. Menu trys to be to sophisticated in it's descriptions as apposed to the simple eatability of the food..
