Clean, save, very hospitable staff, coffee and nice meal included. Our room had no windows (some do) which was perfect to catch some sleep after 26 hours on long haul flights in transit. Highly recommend.

Large room with a good bed. Not much storage. Huge glass door between bathroom and bedroom, with draw curtain. Tea/coffee in community room (looks like some breakfast items available in the morning as well). Great location in Jewel, just a few steps away from the views of the fountain. Plenty of dining options in Jewel as well. Would certainly consider it again

They made me pay $36 extra as rate change fees even though I had paid full and booked via Expedia. They give us room for only 4 hours and they keep knocking doors every hour and can’t able to sleep. Total rip off and not good for Expedia reputation
