Villa Domila is gorgeous and spacious with a modern Caribbean look. She is perfectly located in the private community of Pelican Key. The Simpson Bay busy hub is only a couple minutes but you will still feel like you have your own secluded piece of paradise. The views from the deck and pool oversee the gorgeous Simpson Bay. The Villa receives sun all day and is witness to amazing sunsets over the sea. There is a completely separate isolated apartment where a property staff stays sometimes.

Bedroom 1 has a California king Bed with a ensuite bathroom that includes a shower, toilet and bidet.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with a private bathroom about 2' down the hall that includes a shower and toilet. Mattress is a Casper memory foam.

Bedroom 3 has a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds. Private bathroom just outside the bedroom which includes a bathtub/shower and a toilet.

Living room has a large couch on which an adult can sleep.

Wonderful winter break
Our stay at Villa Domila was a great break from the cold at home. The house is very well located, quiet and out of the heavy traffic areas. But access to all areas of both the Dutch and French sides of the island was quick and easy. The pool was fabulous, very well maintained and the pool chairs very comfy. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. The sofa was low and could use updating but if you are there with a family it made perfect sense. The couple of times we reached out to the owner he was very quick to respond and address our questions. His advice on where to eat and the driving advice was spot on!

Amazing Villa
We had a wonderful stay! We were at the villa for 8 days and had an amazing trip. The villa is clean, well kept, centrally located, and the property manager was fantastic. The property manager picked us up at the airport and was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was just as described in the pictures - we would definitely stay here again on future trips to St. Maarten. Highly recommend!!!

Villa Domila
Villa Domila was a beautiful place for our group of three couples! Three bedrooms & three bathrooms were ideal. Our favorite, of course, was the outdoor space overlooking the Caribbean. The pool was clean and tended to regularly. We have rented many Vrbo properties in the past and this outdoor space/pool area was exceptional. The only thing missing was table/chairs for outdoor dining. A couple of things that could be improved ~~ the kitchen pots and pans have been well used and could be replaced. The same for the living room furniture. Neither of these things I would consider dealbreakers ~ all usable. Our host was very reachable and responded quickly to any questions ~ bonus!!

Great location and beautiful view
We found the location was perfect for us. Near nice beach (Simpson bay) and quiet neighborhood so we slept well. Air conditioning worked well. Villa was airy, open and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous sunsets from the patio. It was nice seeing the cruise ships and sailboats passing by. The host and property manager were very communicative.
