Everything is clean and breakfast is delicious. Only one thing i can complain about is how thin walls are. If someone sneezed we heard it. Other than that. Good experience for our one day stay

Restaurant within walking distance and near shopping centers. Room is a nice large size at the hotel and microwave, fridge, and coffee maker is a big plus in the hotel room.

Unfortunately the room was unclean. There was dirt and dust in the ceilings from the vents. A previous guest or employee used the toilet and had not flushed it leaving behind fecal matter. The room’s furniture had not appeared to be wiped down. Upon arrival I was directed to park behind the building, however, I could have parked along the side and made it to my room much quicker with less steps. I had multiple bags to bring in making the initial trip inconvenient.

Front desk representative was friendly & helpful. Property was clean and well kept. Room was average nothing wrong other than in need of a few cosmetic repairs and better pillows. Complimentary breakfast only runs from 6:00-9:00AM so unfortunately with those hours I missed it. Would definitely stay there again

The property is close to freeway and shopping, it is quiet, the neighborhood is safe. There is a free breakfast, which is okay. I didn’t care for the meal, however, my spouse really enjoyed it

A great find in Simi Valley. Quiet location. Balcony rooms. Comfortable bed.It is evident the staff cares for the property. They are always fixing and maintaining it. Good breakfast with booking. Cleanliness is high. On-site guest laundry. Would stay again. Plenty of parking.
