Villa Riviera is a new 7-bedroom villa with breath-taking sea views, affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra. This impressive villa is the height of luxury in every room, built and furnished to the highest of standards, with free Wi-Fi throughout. Located just 650 meters from the beach, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and some of the Algarve's best beaches, villa Riviera is the dream holiday home that is sure to delight families and friends.

The property has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping 18+8 people: 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with two bunks bed sets each (sleeping 4 people each). For an additional amount, folding divan beds / sofa beds are provided for the +8 guests.
The communal areas are spacious and comfortable with a kitchen, living and dining room, fully equipped and stylishly furnished. A games room is also available with a pool table, ping-pong and table football providing endless entertainment on long summer days.

Enhancing safety and security around the villa are outdoor lighting, energy saving electrical systems, top of the range air-conditioning units, large double-glazed windows and patio doors allowing for maximum daylight indoors.

Outside, the property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the main entrance area and an automated gate for the entry of vehicles. The private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the rear of the property, surrounded by sunny terraces, grassy areas and 2 fantastic XL Jacuzzis (available as optional extras). An open outdoor barbecue area and outdoor furniture allow for meals to be enjoyed al-fresco with views of the pool, and sun loungers, pool towels and parasols are available to ensure that you have all you need to make the most of your holiday.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road.

The changeover day for this property is on Sunday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

This villa offers its guests a water park, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
