10/10 place for a big group
We celebrated a 30th birthday here and had a ton of fun in the space! Ample common area, lots of beds, and the kitchen was fully loaded with cookware and spices and everything you could need to help prep meals for large groups.

Summit Peaks Lodge
Overall, the listing was accurate and the property was clean on the inside. (Some trash on the outside porch) The space is very large and very comfortable for a large group. Lots of beds and lots of space. We would certainly book the property again due to its space, price and location. However suggestions or recommendations that would increase our chances of return or recommending to others would be to add more simple amenities like ensuring enough hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen and simple maintenance/repairs. (i.e. toilet seat coming off and entry path was very icy and slippery covering steps walking up).

Nice place
This was a pretty nice property. I might suggest a few minor updates that would make it even better

Enjoyable weekend
We stayed over MLK weekend and during a blizzard up in Silverthorne. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and the place was comfortable for about 18 adults. The kitchen was a little sparse in terms of cooking ware but wasn’t an issue for us. We could not get the Internet or TV to work either. Overall the place was great for us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Vacation Property
This house was large and easily accommodated our big family. The owners are responsive and the location was perfect to ski both Keystone and Breckenridge.

Spacious but old
The residence definitely had enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of 14. The location was excellent. More than enough parking. We gave it a three for these reasons: The residence and furniture is older and could use some updating. Kids got a kick out of the squeaky beds. During our stay, which was only one overnight stay, we went without heating because they were having issues with two of the three boiler zones. Hopefully this will be resolved with the returning of maintenance. Be ready to shovel your walkway if you go during the winter time. Bring your own shovel. One of the showers was backed up but the place has five bathrooms so no difficulties working around that issue. We brought in all our things and settled in only to realize that there was a maintenance man in the boiler room. Scared the crap out of me 😂! Again we were only there for one night to celebrate my 60th birthday so we didn’t find any of these things a real hinderance to us but for those staying longer it might be.

Big but dirty
The property was large and gave the 15 of us plenty of room, but the property was dirty with no screens on the majority of the windows. The property was hot, but we couldn't open most of the windows because of the lack of screens. There were several alive and dead bees on the inside of the property (along with other bugs), several of the dishes were covered in dust/grime, and the grill was caked in soot. The property manager also never gave the check-in code until after the check-in time had passed and I then reached out, and it took her several hours to give us the WiFi password
