Located just north of Silverthorne, this home is within walking distance to Trent Park complete with a playground, ball field, and fishing pond, or head to the Blue River to try out fly fishing. Just over one mile is The Raven at Three Peaks, where you can play nine or 18 holes, or travel less than two miles into Downtown Silverthorne to enjoy local restaurants and The Silverthorne Outlets. There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the immediate area, as well as five major ski resorts within a 30-minute drive.

The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, townhome worked well for us. It was clean and comfortable.We had family members staying with us at different times. It was conveniently located in Silverthorne. Close to walking paths, Rec Center and restaurants.

Lovely and convenient vacation rental
We stayed here for a week vacation in Silverthorne to fish. It was very nice. The master bedroom is very sunny in the morning. There is a small community pond stocked with brook trout for youth fishing. There are a fair number of stairs for both getting to the front door and then from the split level landing to the main floor or the basement rooms.

Good place for price and location
We liked staying in this property. The sound bar was a nice addition and the kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Be sure to bring sleep masks and cool clothing for the main bedroom as you will get a lot of morning light. Also be sure to bring extra sheets if you plan on sleeping on the pullout couch.

This property met our family's needs well for our June vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening and playing games on the dining room table. The kitchen contained everything we needed for meal preparation. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was helpful and convenient. Note: there is no air conditioning so it does get toasty during the day.
