Summertime visitors will enjoy easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golf, and all the water sports at Dillon Reservoir, with the Frisco Bay Marina just under six miles away. Wintertime visitors will be spoiled for choice - Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Loveland are all under 15 miles away. If you’re looking for thrills even closer to home, there’s a sledding hill within walking distance, and the Silverthorne Recreation Center offers day passes for various programs year-round.

At the home itself, spend warm mornings enjoying coffee and the view from the deck and chilly winter days snuggled up by the gas fireplace, enjoying the in-floor radiant heat. The open living space features high ceilings, comfortable furniture, and lots of natural light. Spend time in the full kitchen whipping up family favorites and then sit down for a meal together at the adjacent dining table before slipping out to the slopes. Cuddle up with cocoa when you return, and let the washer/dryer take care of any laundry for the day. Entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, free cable, WiFi, and board games. The night ends in any of the cozy bedrooms, where you can drift off dreaming of your first - and next - perfect day in the mountains.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
