+ grosser Velo-/Skikeller + super Lage + 2 Nasszellen + gut bediente Reception mit Spielen und Büchern zum Ausleihen - Küche sehr klein - Wohnung eher dunkel - Teppich schmuddelig - kein Tisch/Stühle auf dem Balkon - keine einfache Möglichkeit Badesachen zu trocknen (Stewi fehlt)
