Summary:
Welcome to Siloam Springs’s ultimate getaway, where modern comfort meets Southern hospitality! Nestled just steps away from downtown, this stylish home is your perfect retreat equipped with a salt water pool & shuffleboard. It features all new stylish furnishings, throughout, top of the line linens, a full size indoor shuffle board table, huge deck and plenty of parking. Plus, an optional 700 sq. ft guesthouse with an additional private bedroom w/ Queen size bed, walk in shower and open concept.

The Space:
Pool is private to the property, but may be shared with other guests if the guesthouse isn’t booked/ reserved with main house. Guesthouse rents for an additional $100 per night to reserve, plus $60 cleaning cleaning if used.

A great success!
Decca's Oasis is not only a roomy home, but a very comfortable. There were 10 in our party and with both the home and guesthouse, we were able to visit with the 89 year old birthday boy who lives in Siloam Springs without ever feeling cramped. Plenty of seating. Todd is a great host! We needed a ramp available for our 3 elders who have walkers and he went the extra mile to get one installed. That was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a breeze. We had 6 vehicles and there was plenty of parking. We would glady stay there again.
