When I made the reservation, it said breakfast was included, however upon arrival I was told it was not . Airport shuttle was also not available for pickup when we arrived . Water pressure for shower was terrible and plumbing was also horrible.

We had a good time, service and attention from the staff was pretty good. The only issue we had is that the ac wasn’t working, we had to call the maintenance tech a couple of time before we had to ask for another room.

Very clean, well maintained and modern hotel with a nice balcony and a panoramic view of the Christo del Rey. Has a shuttle to airport every half an hour. Would definitely recommend if you are flying out of Leon BJX airpory
