We found wrappers on the floor. The bedding was washed in some cheap detergent that had us itching all night. The air conditioner is old and took all night to cool off the room. The beds feel like they put a mattress pad on top of a brick. Thankfull we only stayed one night.
I was double charged for a single nights stay and cannot get anyone to refund my money after three attempts. I do not recommend this hotel nor do I recommend hotels.com. A computer glitch caused the hotel to not receive my prepaid reservation.
Clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Needs more visible security like cameras and a safe in the rooms. Also real eggs not microwave bags, would be nice, but overall a decent breakfast.
Pool was cool. No towel rods. Bad TV station selection. No pool towel had to go to desk WET to get then. If I was staying more then one night I would have been disappointed
The best value for money I have ever had. Exceptional service and cleanliness. My room was fantastic. Huge and spotless. Theres an elevator and they are pet friendly. I travel a great deal and this was the best. Good breakfast with lots of choices, including healthy choices. Safe area right next to a McDonalds and a Burger King, but not 24hr ones so it was quiet at night.
We stayed here the week before this, but this time it was much better. The man at the front desk was very helpful. Still had the same issue with the TV and remote. You should consider a simple one page set of directions for their operation to save your staff time and effort fixing everyone's TV!
