No HURRICANE DAMAGE TO OUR CONDO, Our Beach is Beautiful & PERFECT LOCATION, NEW UV AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM. Contact us if you don't see your dates available so we can help. You will know you are at the beach as soon as you walk in to this Beautiful top floor penthouse 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 5th floor condo. New hurricane doors and windows. New 5x4 shower with double sinks and granite tops in master. Use the Request to book tab for immediate confirmation of your trip within minutes. Each bedroom offers its own on suite bath. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and family room. The Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, 2 icemakers in refrigerator and is stocked with plenty of cooking and dishware including spices ,trash bags, soap pods for dishwasher as well as dish and hand soaps. We provide Shampoo, and Body wash in each bathroom as well as blow dryers and ample towels. The family room has books and games as well as a DVD player and many DVD movies..Family room has a lazy boy couch and love seat as well as 2 leather recliners. There is also a Queen Murphy bed in Family room in case you have an occasional overnight guest or child.The Dinning room seats 6 and we offer a booster seat in case you have a small child. The View from the Balcony is just as pictured.. Great view of Beach and Ocean. The quiet 5 th floor location means you do not have anyone above you.. and quick walk to restaurants shops etc, Our condo has beach towels, beach chairs that you can take with you to offsite locations, also coolers ,noodles, boogie board, umbrellas, and 2 sets of snorkel gear, even Sunscreen! There is off beach snorkeling at Point of Rocks area just south of the condo. We offer FREE Beach Chaise lounges on the beach ! There is also a new Tiki on the beach with picnic tables and 2 gas grills and heated pool and restrooms with showers located at the office end of the building. Nice shower to rinse off at the beach before heading back to the condo.. Nice place to read a book in the shade if you prefer. The Beach and water are clean and clear.. wonderful for kids and parents alike. Very shallow for safe swimming.. The location is awesome, South Village is just across the street Grocery Store,. 8 restaurants, Sniki Tiki with nightly music, many Shops, Beauty Salon, Drug Store, 7/11 store, Marina, Boat, Bike and Kayak rentals, Ice cream store with Bakery items, Nice place for an easy stroll . You will love the location! easy on and off the Key via Stickney Point Bridge.
You will have Parking on ground floor under building in your personal parking space. The 2 Elevators are conveniently located in the middle of the building. Coin Laundry areas located on each floor near elevators .There are luggage carriers and grocery carts located on the ground floor for ease of taking items to the condo via the elevator from you car. Free Chaise lounges on the beach for SeaShell guests. This is a place I'm sure you will want to return Year after year! Owners Ron and Carol are easily accessible by phone or text if you have any questions before during, or after your trip. Its on the beach side with the south village across the street.
We only take Sat to Sat bookings .

Great condo!
This was our first time staying in Siesta Key. Our condo had everything we needed and appreciated them stocking the condo with extra things like paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc. Beds were very comfortable and living room area very nice to hang out. There is a nice balcony that you can get a view of the beach off the side. It does face another high rise but we loved how close the condo is to the beach. The beaches are absolutely beautiful. It was definitely busier being spring break time

This is our favorite place to stay in Siesta Key. Owners are extremely friendly and responsive. Place is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with lots of amenities. Makes it super cozy when you’re flying into town. Beachfront access and beach amenities are reasonably priced if you want, although the unit has everything you need. We will be coming back! Thank you Carol and Ron!

Great Condo!
We had a lovely time at this condo. Everything was as described, the location was great. We took an Uber from and to the airport and got an insta cart order for groceries. There is also a small grocery store and a 7-11 across the street, along with restaurants and shops. The trolley will take you into town and down to Turtle Beach. The trolley was busy over the Holiday weekend and we did get a little frustrated waiting as they didn't seem to have enough of them running. The rest of the week was fine. The beach is beautiful and pool was great too. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella for the week for $90. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in a storage bin, but we were lazy. It was really nice not to have to carry it all to the beach. The condo itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was fast to respond to all of my texts! Thanks for the great week, we hope we can come back again.

I stayed at this condo with my family in February. My husband and I had our three children, (9) (6) and (2). We have stayed in different places along the gulf side for a few years now. This place was our favorite! Carol was so easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. We arrived on a gloomy day and Carol even gifted our family with tickets to Mote Aquarium. The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We really enjoyed being in a condo that was stocked with all the necessities (spices, coffee, sunscreen, aloe, shampoo/conditioner, etc). We loved the beach location and location to great restaurants. We wouldn't have even needed a car with the ease of the frog hop! We would definitely stay here again! There was not one thing that did not exceed our expectations!

We love Sea Shell, and have rented from Ron and Carol multiple times. As soon as we get home, we typically start planning the next trip back! The unit has everything you need, and is clean and decorated so nice. it's the best family vacation we've had!

Condo was clean and colorful. Two bedrooms each with a private bath. Everything in the details given about the property was accurate. The owner was quick to reply to messages. The condo had everything we needed and extras. The location was superb! Lots of good eating within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is steps from the property, so it was quick and easy to run to the room for refreshments. Would not hesitate to rent this place again!

Beautiful location and condo
This was our second time renting this condo. Hosts are very organized and communicative. The condo itself is beautiful, so well decorated and stocked and on one of the most beautiful beaches in North America. Location is nearby restaurants and shops and on the shuttle route to Siesta Key Village and other areas. We also visited St. Armand's Circle for shopping which is about 25 minutes away by car. Highly recommend!
