The property has an exclusive park of 250 square meters fenced with age-old pine trees, where there is a swimming pool and a barbeque. The house is very bright and you can enjoy suggestive panoramas at sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor there is a large living area with lounge and kitchen complete with all appliances, two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub.
